Pause offers a mindful meditation experience designed to bring peace, reduce stress, and enhance our lives. It is suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators and has been developed by a team of experienced meditators, psychologists, and cognitive scientists.

The Foundation series provides an introduction to meditation, offering tips and guidance on how it can help and support you. The Series focuses on specific themes such as stress, emotions, and various aspects of love. The Basic Skill series guides you through the core of the meditative process, teaching you to sit down and focus on your breath. The SOS session is designed to help navigate a developing panic attack. Once you feel confident, you can use the Timer to meditate independently.

Pause also offers an additional feature called Meditation and Sleep for those struggling with insomnia or difficulty falling asleep. The "sleep stories" and relaxing sounds provided will guide you into a deep state of restorative sleep. By combining relaxation melodies with sleep-inducing sounds like white noise and adding meditation sound effects, Pause aims to help you experience rejuvenating nights of deep sleep.

The benefits of meditation, backed by scientific studies, are extensive. Regular practice can help manage or combat issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, diabetes, hypertension, lack of concentration, and self-esteem issues. Just ten minutes of daily meditation with Pause can contribute to better overall well-being. The app is available in English. Download Pause, sign up, and start exploring the Foundation series. To access more guided meditations and relevant themes, upgrade to the Pro version. You can even download sessions for offline use.

Pause offers two auto-renewing subscription options:

 <li>1 month: $9.99 ($2.5/week)</li>
 <li>6 months: $39.99 ($1.5/week)</li>
</ul>

Once you choose your subscription and confirm your order, payment will be charged to your account at the appropriate rate for your country. The subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel with at least 24 hours before the end date. Please note that no refund is available for unused time.
